I can't tell you how much I love first birthday sessions! Babies at this age are just a joy to photograph—you can really see their little personalities starting to come through. My in-studio first birthday sessions include use of my props and wooden toys, as well as a selection of neutral-colored baby clothes. (You can of course bring your own clothes and toys too.) My wooden birthday cake is always a hit—or bring along your own cake for a cake smash!
